Our Mission
We really love apples. Unfortunately, once you’re older than about four, saying that out loud stops being impressive. Fortunately for you, that underwhelming confession has turned into something worth sharing; an orchard we’re proud of, products we’re excited about, and a place we hope feels special to everyone who visits.
We know you can stop at just about any fruit stand and find good apples. That’s not lost on us. But we want to go beyond “good” and offer something more … something thoughtful, surprising, and full of character.
We want you to know where your apples came from, walk the orchard, see how it all happens, and ask all the questions you can think of so you can choose what’s right for you and maybe fall a little bit in love with the process along the way.
We grow over 60 varieties of apples, each one with its own flavour, texture, season, and story. Many are rare or unfamiliar, but worth getting to know. These aren’t apples grown for shelf life or shipping ease, they’re grown for taste. For depth. For what they bring to juice, cider, pie, or just a moment of quiet crunch in the orchard. When you visit, we want you to experience that variety firsthand, to taste the difference, and to explore the apple’s full potential through the products we’re creating.
Whether you know nothing about apples or you know enough to tell a Wickson from a Winesap blindfolded, we’re here for it. We’ll happily walk you through the basics or nerd out with you about cover crops, soil microbes, and cider fermentation. If you love apples, you’re among friends. If you’re not sure yet, we’re still thrilled you’re here — and we’ll do our best to win you over.
Just the beginning …
And this is just the beginning. We’re growing toward a full apple market featuring more than 60 varieties of apples, a cider line crafted from traditional cider apples and blended to suit every palate, shelves stocked with apple-inspired products, and a chance to truly engage in the farm-to-fruit experience.
We’re building a place where you can taste, learn, sip, and connect with the orchard, with the apples, and with us.
