BLUEBERRIES
Our blueberries ripen slowly through the summer, generally starting in July and carrying on into September. We grow three varieties, Reka, Bluecrop, and Elliot, which means fresh berries stretch out over the season instead of everything arriving at once in one giant blueberry avalanche.
The berries themselves are sweet, firm, and full of flavour with the kind of fresh and fruity snap.
We carefully sort our berries to remove stems and pick out only the best fruit before they make their way to the stand.
Good for baking, snacking, freezing, or eating by the handful while standing in the kitchen pretending you’re saving them for something later.
