Foggy Juice:

We freshly press our own apples into our own apple juice using a mix of varieties chosen for balance, structure, and flavour, not uniformity. It isn’t filtered into oblivion or made to look pretty, it’s naturally cloudy, super appley, and tastes like it came from an orchard, because it did. We call it Foggy Juice because its naturally cloudy, and unfiltered.

Pomora:

Pomora is our non-alcoholic cider options, where we’re working with different apple varieties, blending for balance, and shaping each release to bring out texture, aromatics, and a clean, structured finish.

Some Pomoras are bright and bubbly, others are smooth and mellow, but all of them are made to feel complete in the glass. You’ll get crispness, a bit of tang, sometimes a soft sweetness, and that real apple character that lingers and keeps evolving as you drink it.

This is where we get to play. Small batches, new ideas, and the freedom to try things that don’t quite fit anywhere else. It’s something you can hand to a kid, or pour for someone who wants a non-alcoholic cider.
