LIBERTY

Liberty is one of those apples that quietly overdelivers. Deep red, crisp, and full of juice, it has that classic orchard look that draws you in, but it’s the bite that wins you over. There’s an immediate snap, followed by a bright rush of sweet and tart that feels clean and refreshing rather than heavy. It carries a hint of old-school apple character, but with a firmness and clarity that makes it feel more polished and dependable.

It’s an easy apple to like. Fresh, it’s lively and satisfying, the kind you reach for without thinking. In the kitchen, it holds its shape and keeps its flavour, making it a reliable choice for pies, crisps, and sauce. It’s also one of those apples that just grows well, which means you tend to see it at its best. Liberty may not shout for attention, but once you’ve had a good one, it earns its place in the lineup without question.
